UA Early College- New Info!

UA Early College is growing!
  • Online Learning- Early college classes are freshman level online college classes which are available 24/7 and taught by SACS accredited faculty. Students are surrounded by a strong University of Alabama support network to assist with their transition to college.
  • Scholarships- Students in Early College recieve a UA Early College scholarship while enrolled in the program.
  • Current Enrollment- 238 students from across the state of Alabama are currently enrolled in UA Early College and studying together in designated Early College course sections. These students represent 31 counties in Alabama, attending 53 public and 14 private schools, and have an average 3.75 GPA.
  • Apply Now!- Students who are in the spring term of the 10th grade through the fall term of the 12th grade are eligible to apply, if they have a 3.0 or higher cumulative high school GAP. Students can apply year-round to Early College.
