Summer Bridge Programs- Drake State Technical College

Applications for the 2010 Student and Adult Summer Bridge Programs are now available. The high school student session is available to rising seniors and 2010 graduates. The student session takes place Monday - Thursday, June 1 - 24 for four hours per day. The adult session is designed for those who have graduated from high school or have attained a GED with a job. That session is held Monday - Thursday for two hours in the evening. Each session will focus on exposing participants to STEM related careers as well as conducting experiments and hands on experience in the areas of biology, math, physics and computer science. Three hours of college credit are available for those who complete the entire program. A stipend of up to $544 is also available. For more information or an application, click here.
